Cockburn Central Property Executives has been a dream of Karen's since starting her career in Real Estate in 2000. Recently awarded the $16 - $20 million REIWA award and also being part of the multi millionaire Captains Club with a previous employer, Karen's sales figures speak for themselves, though its service and communication that is important when selling and marketing your property and Karen will be in constant contact with feedback regarding your property. Cockburn Central Property Executives has had a dream start with 11 sales in the first 2 months. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family including my 4 children(Sara the second eldest who is following in my footsteps and is part of the CCPE team) and family and friends.

Licensee / Property Management
Joining the CCPE team as our Licensee and running the Property Management side of things is Gerti Pammer. Gerti has worked in Real Estate since 1994 in Sales in the Applecross area and has worked as a Licensee since 2000. Outside of work Gerti enjoys spending time with her family including her son, boating on the Swan River and lead lighting.

Also part of the CCPE team is Sara Doig. Sara has worked in Sales, Marketing and Events in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry for over 5 years and she is currently working towards a double major in Marketing and Media at Murdoch University. Since starting her Real Estate career in 2006 Sara has enjoyed early success and puts it down to service, communication and going that extra mile to sell your property.

Angela Wallis has been living and working in Cockburn her entire life. Working in her family business based in Cockburn and Atwell has given Angela a fantastic knowledge of Customer Service and starting a business from the ground up. Angela’s Real estate career started in 2005 and she has enjoyed success from the very beginning. Outside of work Angela enjoys spending time with her family including her 2 children who attend Harmony Primary and participate in the local sports clubs.
